Maureen Quigley

Certified Corporate Director

About Me

Since retiring from my consulting practice in 2019, I remain actively engaged and interested in Board leadership opportunities. I am a certified corporate Director (ICD.D) and have extensive experience to contribute, building on over 30 years as a Director of 13 Boards and Chair of three Boards in the not-for-profit and broader public sector including health care, education and a national health charity.
As President of Maureen Quigley & Associates Inc., I enjoyed a very rewarding 33-year career as an independent strategy and governance consultant in the Canadian health sector. This was preceded by 12 years of progressively senior experience in human services policy leadership at the provincial and municipal levels of government in Ontario.
I have been retained by and served on several national and provincial Expert Panels in the health sector. I was also an educator, author and thought leader on leading practices in not-for-profit governance.
My Expertise
Board governance, corporate strategy, and organizational restructuring including complex mergers in the broader public and not-for-profit sector.
